Brew Theory in Sanford, FL is seeking a full-time Packaging Specialist to join its growing team. Brew Theory is a contract brewing facility, providing beverage solutions to a wide variety of customers across the beverage industry with a focus on craft beer and cocktails. Job duties include:

• Lead a small team of employees to complete packaging runs
• Packaging machine operation- Wild Goose experience preferred but not required
• Ability to troubleshoot packaging equipment efficiently
• Keep detailed records about machine performance and productivity
• Shipping and Receiving items
• Ability to CIP (Clean in Place) packaging equipment
• Keep a clean and organized work area

In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the particular requirements of the company

• At least 21 years of age
• Reliable transportation
• Self-motivated, possess the ability to multi-task and manage stressful
• circumstances associated with a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to operate both independently and in a team environment
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to stand for several hours, bend, and perform repetitive motions
• High attention to detail
• Ability to repeatedly lift 50lbs and move 75lbs

This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position with competitive pay, dependent on experience.
